This development comprises of 48 new-build houses and flats for Glen Oaks Housing Association located on a former school site. The design is arranged in six separate terraces around a central landscaped courtyard space. Car parking is located behind the terraces  to try to minimise the impact of vehicles. The project features high levels of insulation, photovoltaic panels on the roofs and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery to ensure tenant energy running costs are at a minimum.

The development commenced on site in September 2015 and was completed in April 2017.
